JWM Creative LLC sends email on behalf of our clients. If you received a message you did not ask for, this form is the fastest way to reach the people who can stop it.

Every report is read by a person. We suppress the address, trace the message to the sending account, and act on confirmed violations. Under the CAN-SPAM Act we honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, and in practice we process removals a good deal faster.

This takes about three minutes.

Your name

Optional. You may report anonymously, but a name helps if we need to follow up.

Email address that received the message*

This is the address we will suppress. Enter it exactly as it appears in the To: line.

Is that the best address to reach you?

Yes, reply to that address

No, use a different address

Preferred reply address

We will send our response here instead.

Phone

Only if you would rather we call.

About the message

The more precisely you can identify the message, the faster we can trace it.

Date you received it*

Approximate time

Optional, but it narrows the search considerably.

Copy it exactly, including any Re: or Fwd: prefix.

How to copy the full email headers

Headers are the hidden routing record on every email. They show the true sending server, the originating IP address, and whether the message passed SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication. They are optional here, but they are by far the fastest route to identifying who sent it.

Gmail (web): open the message, click the three-dot menu at top right, choose Show original, then Copy to clipboard.
Outlook (desktop): open the message, go to File → Properties, copy everything in the Internet headers box.
Outlook.com / Microsoft 365: open the message, three-dot menu, View → View message source.
Apple Mail: select the message, then View → Message → All Headers (Shift+Command+H).
Yahoo Mail: open the message, three-dot menu, View raw message.
On a phone: headers are hard to reach. Forward the message to yourself and open it on a computer, or just upload a screenshot below.

Paste everything you see. It looks like a long block of technical text starting with lines such as Delivered-To:, Received: and Authentication-Results:.

Full email headers

Optional, but the single most useful thing you can give us.

Message body

Optional. Paste the visible text of the email if you still have it.

Screenshot or saved message

Drop files here or

Accepted file types: png, jpg, jpeg, gif, pdf, eml, msg, txt, Max. file size: 10 MB, Max. files: 5.
