Is hosting included in a care plan?
Yes. Our care plans include hosting, support, security, and backups, plus maintenance hours, content updates, and ongoing SEO and analytics reporting. Everything your site needs is covered under one plan, by one team.
Can you maintain a website another company built?
Yes, with one caveat: we need to host it. We start with a review to get access sorted and catch any issues early, then keep the site updated, secure, and running smoothly from there. Maintaining and supporting a site we do not host is too difficult to do well, so we ask that it be hosted with us.
What does a care plan cover?
Updates, security, backups, and a set of monthly hours for content changes and fixes, plus SEO and analytics reporting. Larger projects like new sections or redesigns are quoted separately, so your monthly hours go further. Some plans also include rollover hours, which let us handle larger quarterly or annual changes and additions to the site without using up your monthly hours.

Yes. Your plan includes SEO and analytics reporting, so you can see what was handled and how your website is performing. We also provide a client dashboard with real-time reporting that you can view anytime.
